Willibald Bauer
German manufacturer of high end turntables that trades as Bauer Audio, his products are often referred to in the business as DPS but that stands for simply "der plattenspieler" or "the record player". Hr. Bauer started making turntables in the 90’s which were called DPS, and retroactively known as the DPS 1, in around 2004 he also started to sell loudspeakers in co-operation with Blumenhofer-Acoustics that he sold under the FJ brand but the partnership was history by 2006.
