Roadstar Managment SA
Trading company registered and headquartered in Switzerland but operates primarily in Italy, sells budget audio, AV and car audio products under the Roadstar brand.

Initially founded in 1983 by Antonio Coda but he had distributed the Roadstar car audio products from Japanese company Sunrise House in Europe in the 70’s, after Sunrise disappeared and brand owner Fuji Electronics looked like they did not intend to continue with the business Mr Coda went on to found the RM SA and initially sold car audio products under the roadstar brand but later added other audio and AV electronics to the product mix, primarily in the budget segment. The company was bought by Alba PLC in 1996 primarily to gain a distribution base in southern Europe, however the company was run at a loss for years and Alba re-sold the division to Mr Coda in 2007 for 1 Euro.
