A Swiss manufacturer of high tech and high end hi-fi and audiovisual products sold under the Goldmund and JOB brands, especially stong in digital products but makes a wide range, the company also owns the Stellavox company. Note that while DA is best known for the upmarket Goldmund products that are only sold through authorised dealers the JOB branded amplifiers are normally sold via the Internet which is highly unusual for a high end audio product. Originally founded in 1978 by students from the ETH university, but it has a long tradition of being at the forefront of digital technologies, the first commercial sale of a computer in the world was to ETH in 1948 by Konrad Zuse, and Niclaus Wirth (Pascal, M2, Oberon etc.) was a prof. there for 3 decades.

Diora Świdnica
Long running Polish manufacturer of loudspeakers and AV furniture, sells both under it's own name (mainly locally) and also acts as an OEM. In years gone by the company was more of a generic manufacturer of consumer electronics and was called Radiowerk Dzierzoniow and later ZK Diora and is perhaps best known as the manufacturer of hi-fi cassette recorders and other separates that where sold under the Unitra brand amongst others in the 80's, but after privatisation in the late 80's the company continued selling those products under it's own Diora brand.
