Dmitry Zhevlakov
Russian builder of Spanish and Flamenco style guitars based in Tula, known for the exquisite inlay work on his instruments and in fact he is better known outside of his home country as a supplier of quality rosettes than he is for his guitars. Also makes other inlay products such as jewlery boxes and the like.
Mr. Zhevlakov and his father had the foresight to start stocking and drying large quantities of local spruce and red cedar in the 1970's and in the 80's started stocking hardwoods as well so he is pretty unique in the world as far as guitar builders go in that he is totally self sufficient for aged wood materials for his products. In fact he supplies high grade aged spruce to other guitar builders around the world as well.

Dommenget Custom Guitars
German company that makes electric and acoustic guitars & basses ain addition to electric guitar pickups, although they do have some standard models most of their output is customised to a greater or lesser degree. Also makes pickups in association with Oram Professional Products. Run by husband and wife team of Boris and Fiona Dommenget and in the late 70's and early 80's the company's products were sold under the AnyWay brand and Hr. Dommenget used to be the guitar player in UK punk group "Bollock Brothers", funnily enough.
