Japanese manufacturer of music production software and hardware, the company is best known locally for guitar effects software that is seldom seen outside of Japan but it also has an innovative programmable DSP guitar pedal called a Celdrive, it is a pedal that is only programmable from a computer (ie not from itself but is usable as an effect processor standalone) but allows you for a much higher degree of programmability than you are used to with effects, including curve editing etc.

Sonny Osborne
USA based gentleman that is primarily a bluegrass banjo player of some note, but does as as sideline sell high end banjos under the Osborne Chief name, these are American bluegrass style 5 string banjos with the 5th string having a tuner on the neck rather than on the the headstock, early models had a noticeably thick neck although they have gotten a bit thinner recently.
The actual banjos are assembled by Frank Neat to a design by Mr. Osborne and feature parts from Cox banjos amongst others. Mr. Osborne has also collaborated with Shanghai Chaobo Musical Instruments Co. to manufacture a similar banjo at a lower price point called Osborne Scout that is distributed by Shanghai Chaobo.
