Nikolay Andreev
Russian maker of hand built classical guitars also supplies rosettes to other guitar makers, based in Moscow.

Note that Mr. Andreev is not an easy man to track down, we have seen some of his guitars and managed to confirm that he has been active in guitar building at the least very recently (2009/2010), pics of them can be found on the net and examples of his rosettes are shown on the webpage listed below, however he is not in the Moscow phone directory and cannot speak English so the contact method usually given out is via his friend Andrei Golitsyn who does speak English, but his E-Mail is amgolin@geol.msu.ru but that contact info may be outdated. -- Basic info in English and examples of his rosettes

Nikolay Gusev
Russian acoustic guitar repairman based in Moscow that sometimes trades as Grey Goose Guitar, this is the gent that most of the high end Russian builders point to when you ask them for repair advise. He has been known to make high end guitars as well on a custom basis, mostly steel string and classical style guitars, some using exotic materials such as reclaimed sunk hardwoods, but that is mostly a sideline to the repair work.

Note that his name is sometimes transliterated as above but sometimes as Nikolai Gusev or even Nikolai Gusef.
